Return policy
Observance of this procedure is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.
From Germany
If you would like to return ordered goods, we kindly ask you to follow the individual steps below.
1. Request and fill in the return slip
The return form is a one-sided printed DIN A4 form that makes it very easy for us to process your return. If you did not receive it with your order, you can request it via info(at)besser-samstag.de.
2. Fill in the return form
Enter your invoice number and state which items you are returning and for what reason. If there is a defect, please describe it in detail – either on the return form itself or on a separate sheet. Please also let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. If you paid for your order in advance or by Sofortüberweisung, please give us your account details for the refund.
3. Put the goods and the return note in one parcel
If possible, the items should be in their original packaging. If possible, do not remove the labels and please use the packaging box in which the order was delivered for the return, so that the original packaging of the manufacturer is not damaged. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that it is adequately protected from damage in transit by using suitable packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
Please note: Bonus coins serve as an order incentive and must also be returned on a pro-rata basis.
If you return something to us after the 30-day cancellation period has expired, we will need a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase. Please include this in the parcel as well.
4. Address the parcel

5. Send the parcel
Please do not send the parcel postage unpaid and do not use unnecessary additional services such as express delivery. Please keep the delivery receipt or the receipt until we have confirmed to you by e-mail that we have received your return.

From abroad
Returns from other EU countries are the same as within Germany, with the exception that you bear the costs of the return.
If you are returning something from a non-EU country, please note the following:
Copy the invoice of your order and write clearly (e.g. with a highlighter) on the copy which items are being returned and the reason for the return.
Stick the copy of the invoice in a transparent envelope on the outside of the parcel.
Write RETURN clearly on the package and note the invoice number.
This is very important, otherwise German customs will not accept the package. With regard to postage costs for returns from abroad, the customer is responsible for these costs. This does not apply to returns of incorrectly delivered or faulty goods. For these, we will refund the postage costs after we have received and processed the return.
